Greetings! I'm an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Tommy & Victoria Baker School of Business at The Citadel in Charleston, SC.
I'm originally from the Philadelphia area, and now live in Charleston, SC with my wife, Colleen. We met at the University of Delaware, where we were both student athletes (she, a highly successful one). In our free time, we enjoy traveling together (pictures below), working out, and trying out new cuisines. I love playing folk music and fingerstyle guitar, and I'm a long-suffering Philadelphia sports fan.

Prior to pursuing a Ph.D., I taught Principles of Economics at the Delaware Military Academy (2013-18), where I also founded and ran the Asian Studies program. I received a B.A. in history education from the University of Delaware (2011), an M.A. in Economics & Entrepreneurship Education from the University of Delaware (2017), and an M.A. (2021) and Ph.D. (2022) in economics from George Mason University.
